You must use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

If you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and accuracy.
3. Content & Data
All data you enter (habits, progress, notes) remain yours. We may store it securely to provide the service.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on the app’s insights or data. The app is for personal improvement purposes only.
5. Modifications
We may update or modify features and terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
7. Data Retention Period
We retain your personal data and information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the services within CraveTheApp. If you choose to stop using our services, we will retain your data for a maximum period of [e.g., 30 days / 90 days] following account inactivity or your deletion request, after which it is completely removed or anonymized from our production databases, except where legal or regulatory obligations require otherwise.
8. How to Request Data Deletion
We provide a simple way for users to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.
In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated personal information at any time directly through the app by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
Web/Email Request: Alternatively, if you are unable to access the app or wish to submit a manual request, you can request data deletion by contacting us at joyce@cravetheapp.com
Upon receiving an email request, we will verify your identity and permanently delete your data from our systems within 7 business days. Once processed, this action is irreversible, and your data cannot be recovered.
